The City of Edmonton and UN Women (the UN organization dedicated to gender equality and the empowerment of women) co-hosted the fourth Safe Cities and Safe Public Spaces Global Leaders’ Forum from October 16 to 19, 2018, with the support of the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID) and the Republic of Korea and we at Global Audio Visual were proud to be the key audiovisual company chosen for this event. With over 500 delegates and attending members, the task was both challenging and demanding yet an exciting adventure for our expert team of professionals. We provided 500 Procom Star 8 infrared and digital multi-channel receivers spread out through five rooms, and the event went off without a hitch. Supplied with 4 break-out rooms boasting three Probooth Light booths per room and five Probooth Light booths for the main room, a massive total of seventeen booths were used in all. Our unmatched Master Series low noise ISO Procom Probooth Light booths were all equipped with Procom Multilanguage consoles for simultaneous interpretation with unprecedented ease and outstanding quality.
